The hotel is immaculately clean and refined, offers lovely location in convenient area. The employees are pleasant. A lobby restaurant has outstanding meals. Thank you very much for providing us with a really really nice stay.

The location in a shopping area was comfortable and ideal and there were a small shopping mall and a GOOD market nearby. Spent our evenings in nearby Trattoria Bar Edera enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Exceptionally clean hotel with quiet and strategic location in Genoa so close to the centre of Genova, the center that has a nice market with delicious fresh food, and so excellent for an overnight stop. Very big bed in the superior queen room, plus a safe box, a mini bar and central heating.

Make sure you stay in the superior double room with a bath. All the staff members are very efficient and attentive. It offers very good services.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent breakfast, free parking.

Very large room. Very large bed. Quiet room and surroundings. The hotel was fine with me as I arrived at 22h as a stop over on my way down to the south of the country.

Only minor points considering the value for money. 1) The breakfast was ok (even good considering the price) but indeed there was no refill (as written by others): I was there at 8h45 and most of the food had already gone! 2) The hotel, again as indicated by many, is not easy to find (my gps did not find it but ViaMichelin did!) - the area is in fact pretty awful ;-)

I was very conscious that I knew zero italian, but the gentleman on reception was excellently versed in English and took the time to briefly educate me on the basics of the italian language upon my request. The bar staff were also very helpful and recommended a nice bottle of red, and it was extremely convenient to have internet access available to guests free of charge. Dinner was a little haphazard on service which could be explained by the large number of diners, but the food in general was very good. The final bill was incorrect, but they fixed it immediately once this was pointed out. Breakfast was amazing and certainly ample in both selection and quality; a great start to the day and excellent value for money being included in the room rate.

The only hitch I can think of was that whilst I was staying in room 126 right on the end of the corridor, the auto lights did not activate until one had walked halfway up the hallway. Maybe just a design fault perhaps?

The units were nicely furnished with a bath.

I had a wonderful stay at a fabulous new hotel. The location was ideal, with an excellent parking facility and a shopping mall within walking distance. Despite being close to major routes, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The room was comfortable, and my family loved the internet access. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient experience.

Refined hip new place, it has peaceful and strategic location just off other pleasures of the old town, and a huge shopping mall. Thanks to all competent staff. Offers very good service and local food. Moreover, there is a parking on-site. The lobby restaurant for evening meals is what you need.

Hotel was nicely decorated, and much better than we had experienced throughout other parts of Europe. Close to Genova, which was nice. Rooms were updated and decorated nicely. Although expensive to us hotels rates, it was comparable to other European rates. Nice hotel, and would stay here again!
