absolutley disgraceful experience at mercure, where i found the 'superior' room to be tired with loose fittings. i also expected complimentary slippers for both, but woudl ve been lucky to find one! and yet, no room upgrade was offered despite my obvious needs. i just couldn’t recommend this place at all.

My stay was marred by a lack of necessary amenities. The room felt neglected, with some fittings needing repair and the absence of extra slippers for two guests. Even the bathroom items seemed limiting and unwelcoming.

Located conveniently with spacious rooms and exceptional cleanliness, the staff made us feel at home. The ease of parking and proximity to a shopping centre were highlights.

Luggage storage was convenient, but the restaurant food was underwhelming during our stay.

Staying here with friends was awesome. We loved the variety at breakfast and how clean everything was. Definitely make time for the Aquarium of Genoa and explore the nearby outdoor spots for mountain biking. Plus, check-in was super fast, and the lobby felt welcoming.

The only downside was that I found the pillows to be a bit too soft for my liking.

I enjoyed my stay with the friendly staff and the decent breakfast that started my mornings right. plus, the hotel is just a short walk from Parco delle Mura, where I could take peaceful walks and enjoy beautiful views of Genoa.

Family with children acceptable stay

The room was better equipped than I expected, especially the classic-style bathroom! And the towels. They weren't skimpy like I saw in other places.

It wasn't exactly cheap, could've been better in many ways.
